Kintsugi Theater Workshop
Where our cracks become light.
with the @rena_koumparouli

Every person hides a story inside them.
A look, a breath, a silence waiting to be heard.
In Kintsugi, theater is a meeting place. A space where imagination becomes action, expression becomes freedom, and the group becomes a sanctuary. With physical theater as our core axis, we systematically work on the actor's body, voice, and presence. Through exercises in physical expression, voice, breathing, movement, and improvisation, we discover new ways of communicating and creating, culminating in a performance that allows us to see in practice the greatness of repetition and the application of all our potentials. This year, we enter the 6th year of this journey. A journey that to date has led us to our performances «The Upside-Down Sky,» «The Experiment,» «The Law of the Jungle,» «The Anniversary,» «Familliar,» and «The Power of Destiny.» Each performance left its own mark. Each rehearsal, each applause became another golden sign on our shared path.
Just like in the Japanese art of Kintsugi, we believe that beauty lies not in perfection, but in the cracks we embrace and transform into light.

Perhaps this is the moment for you to get on stage too.
You don't need to have previous experience in theater. You only need the willingness to explore, express yourself, and create. Whether you are taking your first steps or already have a theatrical background, at Kintsugi you come as you are.
Not to pretend to be someone else, but to meet yourself.
